Ingredients
Flour - 2 cups
Salt - 1 cup
Warm Water - 3/4 cup or less

optional: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for elasticity

In a large bowl mix flour and salt. The quality of the final creation partly depends on the quality of the flour and salt. So it is better to use finer salt. Gradually add water, up to 3/4 cups. The dough shouldn't stick to your hands, if it does, add more flour. To hold its shape well the dough needs to be sturdy and feel a little like clay. You can also add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil for elasticity.

On to shaping...
